Directions:
From Houston take I-10 west to Sealy exit for State Hwy 36. Go north on Hwy 36 through Sealy to FM 2187 (Virnau Tractor on corner); turn left on FM 2187 and continue for 12 miles to FM 949; turn left on FM 949, go 2 miles; turn right on Cat Spring Rd which winds for 2 miles to Reichardt Rd on right; take Reichardt Rd for 1.5 miles to Ranches at Cat Spring.
